• Quick Delivery: Orders typically arrive in around 5 days.
• Worldwide Shipping: Experienced in shipping to Europe, Australia, USA & Canada.
• EU customers: We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). This means that the applicable VAT for your purchase is already included in the price you see at checkout. By handling the VAT directly through IOSS, we've simplified the ordering process for you, ensuring a smoother, faster delivery without any unexpected customs charges upon arrival. 
• USA customers: We now send our orders using a postal delivery duties paid (PDDP) service meaning any tarrif charges are applied to the order at our checkout before it's shipped.
• Any Language: We can engrave ID tags in any language, including special characters.
